We may additionally collect technical information needed to operate and secure this website, including your IP address, browser and device information, access date and time, referrer information, and Turnstile verification signals.

2. Purposes of use

We use the information we collect to review and respond to inquiries, maintain records of our correspondence, prevent spam and other misuse, securely operate and improve this website, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Service providers

We use Cloudflare Pages to host this website, Cloudflare Pages Functions to process requests, Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse, and Cloudflare Email Service to deliver inquiry notification emails. Information is processed by Cloudflare only to the extent necessary for those purposes. We use these services after reviewing their terms and data protection measures.

4. Processing outside Japan

Cloudflare is operated by an organization outside Japan, and information may be processed or stored outside Japan, including in the United States. We use these services after reviewing the information Cloudflare publishes concerning its privacy practices and security measures.

5. Retention

This website does not create its own database of contact form submissions. Inquiry notification emails and related records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, or comply with legal obligations, and are then deleted or otherwise disposed of in an appropriate manner. Service providers may retain information in accordance with their applicable terms and policies.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal data to third parties without the individual’s consent, except where required or permitted by law, where necessary to protect life, health, or property and obtaining consent is difficult, or where handling is entrusted to a service provider within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy.

7. Security measures

We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including restricting access to those who need it, managing authentication credentials, keeping relevant systems up to date, protecting data in transit, and reviewing the services entrusted with data processing.

8. Requests concerning personal data

You may request notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision of retained personal data, as provided by applicable law. Please submit a request through our contact form. We may ask you to verify your identity and may decline a request where permitted by law. We do not currently charge a fee for these requests.
